Shipping policy

Built to order items:

All items that are displayed to be built-to-order are NOT eligible for refunds. They are covered under our 1 year warranty and back our work 100%.

Domestic Shipping:
QC CHARGE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. 
All items or orders with a face value of $750 or more will require signature confirmation, unless otherwise requested.
Typical handling time is 1-2 business days.
All shipping rates are calculated real time by weight, size, and location.

International Shipping:
QC CHARGE also ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico and the rest of the world. Some items are restricted in certain international locations and/or are subject to additional taxes, tariffs, duties, and fees.
Any and all shipping fees collected at the time of purchase ONLY include shipping fees. Depending on your country, you may be subject to additional taxes, tariffs, duties, or fees and it would be the sole responsibility of the customer to investigate and/or pay those fees to receive their items. QC CHARGE will not be held liable for any additional country/location specific fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

All shipping rates are calculated real time by weight, size, and location. If additional shipping fees are required, you will be notified promptly and will require payment before shipment.

 

Shipping for Rental Items:
Your shipping quote for the rental item includes shipping to you (the customer) and will also include a pre-paid return shipping label.
Typical handling time is 1-2 business days.

Return Policy
All items have a 30 day money-back return policy if they are unused and in a resellable condition not including shipping charges. Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer.
All other used conditions will require a minimum 25% restocking fee prorated to the usage of your item, or rejected at QC Charge sole discretion.

Please call or write prior to shipping any returned item, ALL ITEMS MUST INCLUDE AN RMA NUMBER OR YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED. This is including returns for warranty claims, repairs, incorrect product, etc.

We REQUIRE that an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form be included with any package sent to us. Please email support@QCcharge.com to initiate your return.
